What lies underneath...
When this beverage distribution center had a water damage that went undiscovered for 4 days it became very apparent that this was not going to be a small job. Since the water was in the building for that long, it was decided that removing the affected sheetrock would be the best thing for everyone involved. And good thing it was, because mold growth was already starting to appear. The rooms affected were put under negative pressure and demo was started. All affected areas were treated with a biocide and all affected materials were thrown away in a dumpster on-site. All materials that were removed were replaced after a clearance test deemed all the air to be breathable again.
