Mold in attic
When this home owner started noticing a foul odor they knew something had to be wrong. They called SERVPRO of Southwest Lubbock to help investigate the problem. After going in to the crawl space and finding nothing the attic was next on the list. After some searching and insulation removal, the problem was found to be a leaking pipe causing some mold growth on the attic floor. Containment was built to keep any spores from traveling to other parts of the home. The insulation was removed throughout the attic, the pipe was fixed by a plumber, the floor was hepa-vacuumed and cleaned and then insulation put back. SERVPRO of Southwest Lubbock cleaned the air ducts as well to protect the air quality in the rest of the home.
